To be honest except the good location nothing else!!! I stayed there only for a night and then changed hotel.

-The staff were very unpolite -dirty rooms -uncofortable bed -they charge you 5 pounds if you leave a luggage there for few hours and it is at your own risk - very poor continental breakfast no toast was allowed except juice, tea/coffee and cornflakes

The wireless was hopelessly slow. The shower was too hot and difficult to work,

    Good location, low price

Room very basic and small, but it was cheap for its location. Yet that does not excuse lack of basic maintenance - very squeaky door hinges, broken lock on "bathroom", no plug for basin, no glass for water, knob coming off drawer in chest of drawers (the screw just needed to be tightened).

    Walking distance from Paddington Station.

We only stayed for one night and booked about 2 weeks before through Booked.net. For £100 for the one night, we were desperate for somewhere to stay that wasn't too far out of town (after staying at a lovley hotel in Victoria earlier in the week). When we arrived, we were allowed to check in, but the room was no where near ready. There is no lobby/sitting room/common room, so we left our bags in the corridor by reception and went out for the rest of the day being tourists. We were allowed to check in, but had to pay then and there. However, after a full day out, we came back and were dissapointed by the whole experience. Arrived back in the evening and we went up some narrow stairs (no lift...not easy with lots of luggage) to room 12 (room 13 next to us had the numbers '31' with a little arrow underneath to indicate it was 13...) Our room was an alright size, but not great if staying more than one night. Bathroom - incredibly small. Tiny sink thay we couldn't even fit our water bottles in to top up. Small bathroom cabinet with a mirror was dirty and didn't close properly. The shower head kept coming off, so neither of us ended up having showers in the morning. The floor was sloped and the ceiling low. The bathroom door didn't shut unless slammed, hard. Room - Curtains falling off hooks when trying to draw them closed. View out of window was uncomforatble - armed police with sub-machine guns standing on the street corner both at night and during the day. Single glazing window, so was always noisy from traffic etc. Where there used to be a curtain tie-back, there was tissue stuffed in the wall. Bed was creaky and lumpy, sheets/duvet not 100% clean. Carpet dusty around the edges. TV, although was equipped with a Sky box, had no signal and couldn't watch TV and even if we could of done, very uncomfortable from bed. Hanging precariously on fixture - if you pushed a button too hard, it threated to fall!

    THe location. Comfortable bed

Poor room facilities- tiny sink, mirror not attached to wall, extension lead for plug, not even any glasses for water, curtains hanging from the rails. Dirty feel to hotal and breakfast table sticky.

    Good

I liked the idea it was only a ten minute walk from hyde park, oxford street.

The room size was rather small (couldnt swing a cat) and there was a funny smell coming from the shower room/ toilet. Apart from that it was ok.

Asked for a quiet room! Listened to the receptionist talking late into the night and people coming in, as we were on the same floor. Bathroom was so small with no plug in the tiny sink so difficult to wash (receptionist did not try to look for a plug) shower was leaking when turned on with dead mold stains across the ceiling, the fan in the bathroom did not work and with no window made this very claustaphobic.

The hotel was tired and shabby - in need of redecoration. The ceiling of our room (15) was water stained and split. The bathroom was clean but very shabby, the sink too small, had no plug and the vanity light did not work. There were no instructions on how to use shower so we had to call reception, someone came up (the lad that later cooked our breakfast) and showed us how to turn the water on. There was think dust under the wardrobe - evident by the colour of the carpet. The stairs leading up to the top floor were dirty, looked like it had been months since they were last hoovered. I would not stay at this hotel again and thought it very overpriced.

    Exceptional

I was comfortable in my room but unfortunately the tv was not working. The receptionist offered to call in a tv engineer but I did not ask her to do so as that would be a disturbance anyway. Breakfast was served promptly at 7.30, options not large. Also I did not have a glass in my bedroom, a bit annoying. Very central position.

Location was quite central and probably the only USP of the Hotel.

The small room size was very uncomfortable, the bed was too small for a person of 6 ft height, the breakfast was limited quantity and non repetitive and very different from hotel look and feel. Its more of a lodge and not hotel from any perspective. so a veyr bad and regretful experience to quote.

The location, clean bedding and en-suite facilities.

This hotel is the worst that I have ever stayed in. I cannot imagine the circumstances under which I would stay there again. It is shabby, run down claustrophobic, hot and depressing. My room was in the attic and hotter than an oven. The curtains could not be drawn. The room was tiny and the tv, while working, could not be viewed from the bed. I asked for a fan and was told that none were available; though there was an unused fan beside the receptionist. Breakfast is served in the basement. Warm orange juice, good coffee, one overcooked fried egg, (the boiled egg was raw and had to be sent back), no brown bread, and a waitress wearing a t-shirt with the legend 'I hate humans' on the front. I couldnt get out quickly enough. Suggest that you do not offer this hotel on your website.

The quality of the hotel doesn't match the price, which is too high.
