Good budget stay with some quirks
I stayed in a cozy single room for two nights. While the room had limited surfaces for my belongings, the cleanliness and comfort made up for it. I enjoyed a quick breakfast at the onsite café, which offered delightful pastries. Just be mindful of shower temperature!

the location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping, just a quick walk to marble arch tube station. rooms were super clean and comfy. even tho the room was small, it was totally fine for our one night stay. staff were friendly and helpful which made everything smoother. lots of places to eat nearby, so we never went hungry!
the room was a bit on the small side and the bathroom could've been a little better too.

Request a room with a window facing the interior for better quietness if you're sensitive to street noise during the night.

Great spot and friendly staff!
Had a nice stay for a couple of nights. The room was clean and bright, and the staff were super polite and helpful. Loved the location too, everything was close by! One bummer was the shower temp, it was just lukewarm even when running for a while. a solid choice for a couple getaway.

Would be happy to recommend for a brief pit stop
Clean room, convenient location, with a comfortable bed and recent refurbishments making for a pleasant stay, and the free wi-fi in rooms was a nice touch for staying connected while just a 10-minute walk from Marble Arch.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

Prime spot near vibrant shopping areas and Hyde Park. The room features a cozy bed perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Rooms are extremely small, limiting space for bags or even basic movement. I felt like I was in a closet. Bathroom facilities are cramped. anyone larger than 60kg might struggle, making it a tight squeeze. the lack of air conditioning turned the room into a sauna during the day, which was quite uncomfortable. Soundproofing is non-existent. expect noise from the lively street below, especially in the early evening. If you’re sensitive to sound, these factors could get annoying quickly.

The location of The Chapter is fantastic, just a short walk from Hyde Park. I loved the convenience of having public transport nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle for tea in the morning, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and really helpful when I needed assistance with my luggage, especially navigating the stairs since there’s no lift. the room was quite small, making it tough to move around comfortably. Plus, the shower door was difficult to open, which was a bit frustrating. Even though the size and bathroom issues were minor, it made the stay slightly less enjoyable overall.

Recommend it for solo travelers looking for basics
The staff were super friendly and really helped me with my luggage since there were stairs to navigate. The location was great, just minutes away from Hyde Park and lots of little pubs around.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still decent for what you get.
